What´s the license agreement for bitr samples and sounds?
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Back In Time Records samples and sounds can be used by the legal original owner of the product (DVD/CD, download, mal data attachment). It´s allowed
to
use them in music, movie soundtrack, multimedia product, computer animation, audio book. No rental purpose, even at no charge, no swap, no share,
no
lending and lease, no unauthorized duplication or public performance and broadcast.

Product updates and upgrades

Products may be updated from time to time. Check your version number by viewing the documentation PDF at the end of the text. Usually we send out
newsletters
when a product update is available and generally a update is free of charge for the original purchaser if not declared otherwise.

What about backups of the samples and sounds?
|
|

You don´t need a backup. If a CD or DVD is broken someday or your harddisk with our downloaded samples is crashed you can get a replacement. In case
of a CD or
DVD we charge Euro 10.00 for CD/DVD and shipping. If you have a download product like Fusion Sample Libraries or TSW Pro II VST you can
request new download
links.

What data formats are the samples?
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
It´s always mentioned on the individual product page. If you want to convert to a specific native format we recommend two software products: AWave
and
Extranslator. See the extra information below and visit the manufacturer´s website for demo versions. The sample data conversion results are very
good, actually

We´re providing sample documentations (PDF) and CD booklets up to 40 pages. A product usually comes with a PDF doc, which is more convenient: You

I want to sell the purchased bitr product to someone else, how is the processing?
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
If you don't need the purchased bitr product anymore and want to sell to someone else as second hand product you must do following: 1. You are responsible
for the data transfer to your customer. 2. The new customer must register the product at bitr by sending us a mail with his name and mail address. 3. You must
delete our product from all your storage devives. 4. If you already published music etc. using our product you can't sell it as second hand product. 5. We charge
a handling fee of Euro 10.00 for the new registering of your customer, payable in advance by you. 6. Second hand products can not be upgraded, to be fair
you
should tell this your customer.
