Ordering a product: Click the above logo for general store access and the store main page with the product categories appears. Just click the specific category on the left to open the list with your product(s).

Cart overview and payment processing: You can always check the number of your selected products and the total amount of your order. Prices are mentioned in Euro, payment transaction via PayPal. German and European customers: Optional bank transfer via IBAN/BIC, pre-payment, plase send a mail to initiate request a PDF invoice with the embedded bank data.

Send order function and order confirmation: With a click on the send order button your order is in process and youŽll receive a personal order confirmation mail with all order details and a PayPal invoice from our sales department.

When receiving the PayPal payment transaction confirmation weŽll initiate the product shipping by sending the download links or the physical CD/DVD. It depends on the time-zone how quick this happens, usually between a few minutes and a couple of hours The download links are valid for several times to assure a proper download even if the internet connection fails or anything else unexpected happens. CD/DVD and book shipping: Overseas shipping is about 4-7 days, Euroland 3-4 days, Germany 1-2 days.
